MEET OUR TEAM
Dan Minko is a veteran special education teacher at Williamstown High School. He also has a Master's Degree in School Leadership. Dan is married to the girl of his dreams, who helps Spectrum Sports with marketing and advertising.
Dan has taught and worked with numerous students with Autism, Asperger's, and Down Syndrome and has really enjoyed these experiences.
Dan's dream is to one day open a recreation center for these unique individuals where they can play, exercise, socialize, and grow in a safe environment.
Lisa Faracchio has worked in the special needs department at Williamstown High School as a paraprofessional for the past four years. She is a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She teaches a variety of classes and helps people on their fitness journey to achieve their goals.
Lisa is also a mother of three boys, John is 19, Dylan is 16, and Gavin is 11. Both Dylan and Gavin volunteer their time at our gym.
Lisa's focus creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment where kids with disabilities can be physically active. Her goal is to see kids succeed and excel at their fitness and sports goals.
James Paoletti is a veteran special education teacher at Williamstown High School. He also has a Master's Degree in School Leadership. Additionally, he works part-time at Brett DiNovi & Associates.
James' goal for Spectrum sports is to provide a safe and least restrictive environment for special individuals while teaching sports, fine motor, and social skills. James is married to Amanda Paoletti, who has a passion for helping special needs individuals which she gets from helping her younger sister Paige.
James' personal goal for Spectrum Sports is to have the resources to help special needs individuals of all ages and across all disabilities.
