Allison Sieminski

Coach Alli brings energy, dedication, and a deep love for athletics and fitness to Spectrum Sports. She is a current student-athlete at Rowan University majoring in Health and Physical Education. Alli competes on the Track and Field team at  as a thrower.  Alli is a graduate of Delsea Regional High School. She was a standout multi-sport athlete, excelling in both soccer and basketball. These experiences shaped her competitive spirit and passion for teamwork.  Coach Alli strives to share her enthusiasm of sports and fitness with athletes of all ability levels. She always includes all athletes even when they need a little reassurance.

In high school Alli was apart of Unified gym class and I have been working with the population ever since.
