About Coach

I graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science, where I deepened my understanding of how the body performs and adapts through movement. I played field hockey for nine years, and love to watch baseball and developed a strong appreciation for the energy and teamwork that sports cultivate—experiences that continue to shape my passion for health and performance.  I’ve always been fascinated by how the body functions, especially in the context of exercise, and I’m driven by a genuine desire to help others feel stronger and more confident in their own abilities. I also love traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends and family—especially with my dog, Luna.

Turning Point

I’ve been part of this community since high school, and along the way I discovered just how powerful meaningful connection and positive impact can be. Seeing the difference I’ve been able to make in individuals’ lives—and the lasting relationships I’ve built—has only deepened my passion for this work and motivated me to keep growing.  I began at Spectrum as an intern, eager to learn and contribute, and I’m proud to now serve as a full-time coach, doing what I love every day. The environment here is truly unmatched—supportive, inspiring, and driven by purpose—and I’m honored to play a role in creating that impact.

Motivation & Passion

Being here every day helps my motivation and continually strengthens both my passion and my knowledge, allowing me to grow alongside and better serve this community.
