My experience includes roles such as Residential Manager at Bancroft, Director of Operations at Elwyn, and Director of Day Services at ResCare NJ. Additionally, I coached ice hockey at Cherokee High School and possess over 25 years of experience playing Ice Hockey.
About Coach
For the past fifteen years, I have had the privilege of contributing to the Human Services field, driven by a commitment to positively impact the lives of others. Approximately ten years ago, I transitioned to working with the neurodiverse community. I joined Spectrum Sports in April 2025 as the Managing Director and deeply value the offerings provided to this community. I am honored to be a part of this exceptional team and to contribute to Spectrum Sports' growth across New Jersey.
Turning Point
Discovering Spectrum Sports and its mission immediately compelled me. Its unwavering focus on positive outcomes for every participant, regardless of ability, drew me in. Having dedicated a decade to residential and day services, I have witnessed the daily realities and unique challenges faced by this community. These experiences inspired my decision to join Spectrum Sports, a vibrant and supportive community providing a safe, enjoyable, and empowering environment where progress is celebrated daily. Observing our athletes' smiles, enjoyment, and achievements brings immense personal satisfaction and joy. It is a constant reminder of inclusion's transformative power and the incredible potential within each individual we serve.
