Bachelor’s degree in Wellness Management - Rowan University
Background in Exercise Science and Public Health
Former collegiate football athlete
Growing up, I have always been involved in sports, with practices, conditioning, and competition becoming a routine part of my life. While playing collegiate football, I developed a strong interest in how exercise and physical activity positively impact both physical and mental health. This experience solidified my decision to pursue a career in the fitness and performance field. As a 2025 graduate of Rowan University, I completed an internship at Spectrum Sports in the summer following my final semester. After finishing my internship, I stayed on as an official coach because there is truly nowhere else I’d rather be. My academic background and hands-on experience directly support my coaching approach, and I am committed to continuous learning and professional development. With a foundation in Exercise Science and Public Health, I am grateful to apply my knowledge each day to support and develop our athletes
This population is often overlooked, and as someone who prioritizes personal growth, that mindset applies directly to all of my athletes. Individuals within this population can do much more than they believe, and I love being one of the coaches who can provide the push and support they need throughout each class.
My motivation comes from simply wanting the best for all of our athletes. Each day, I emphasize development, whether that’s in a Sports & Games or Fitness class. I believe that every individual, regardless of their abilities, should strive to become the best version of themselves, and I aim to be a consistent voice of encouragement and support for our athletes throughout their journey.
