About Coach

In 2021, after a personal loss, I made a life-changing decision to focus on my health and wellness. Through consistent training, proper nutrition, and macro tracking, I lost 80 pounds and discovered a passion for fitness. What started as healing soon became a lifestyle. By early 2025, I proudly completed my certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and became a Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve since fallen in love with bodybuilding and powerlifting and am continuing my education with certifications in Adaptive Fitness, Nutrition, and Group Fitness. Married for 28 years and a proud mom of two amazing daughters, I believe fitness is about finding strength inside and out. If I’m not at home, you’ll find me in my home away from home — the gym.

Turning Point

Back in high school, I spent a lot of time working with students in special education, and that experience sparked a lifelong passion for helping others. After earning my Personal Training Certification, I began to notice a lack of enthusiasm and compassion in some of the Adaptive Training programs I observed at the gym. That realization inspired me to take action and find where I could make the greatest impact. I reached out to Spectrum Sports, and it quickly became clear that our missions aligned perfectly. I began working in adaptive fitness and immediately felt at home. I believe there is a real need for more trainers who are not only skilled, but who truly care about making fitness inclusive, engaging, and empowering for everyone. My goal is to continue growing in this field, to help improve adaptive fitness programs, and to ensure that every athlete I work with gets the most out of their time with me—both physically and emotionally.

Motivation & Passion

“My motivation for working in adaptive fitness is rooted in compassion and purpose. I strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment where every individual can experience the joy of movement and the pride of progress. Fitness should be for everyone, and I’m committed to making that a reality.”
