Perfect for those new to the bounce! This 45-minute, beat-driven session combines gentle rhythmic bouncing with easy-to-follow, dance-inspired routines on your own personal rebounder. It’s a low-impact full-body workout designed to keep your heart rate up and your spirits higher.

 

⚠️ Safety First: To ensure everyone stays safe and confident, all participants must complete an Introduction to Trampoline Fitness class before moving on to the Advanced Trampoline sessions.
